p365: day 10
July 13, 2008

half of the afternoon spent with aforementioned boyfriend, other half spent wandering around central london in hope of bumping into new-friend-Mush,
ended up in Camden lock eating green pasta and “freshly squeezed”, but actually-freshly-squeezed orange juice (or orangensaft, practising my language skills you see.) absolutely stoked to see one of my favourite live bands, Lights and Sounds (again) – worth checking out www.myspace.com/lightsandsoundsmusic, along with a wonderful acoustic act www.myspace.com/forthecommonwealth and another band Lost on Landing. a wonderful gig, almost missed my last train home but due to strokes of luck and perhaps fate i managed to remember the walk through the dark streets and didn’t arrive home too late.
“another smile shown, and everything will fall in place“
as usual, L&S were incredible, pulling off a rare sound in which they sound exactly like their CD, i don’t know many bands that can do that. as usual the guys were loving their songs, a perfect set and i was ridiculously happy due to their opening song being my favourite, Make it Count. another perfect day, life couldn’t get much better right now, i’m so thankful.
i took this mostly because walking through London i felt so small next to everything and all of the city buildings.

the best day in a long time. as of now, i have a new boyfriend, LJ. i went to see the band You Me At Six with Tonight Is Goodbye, in London and loved every minute. This was taken in the queue, a spur of the moment decision and a reflection of what’s happening.
